Looking for help starting or implementing the Feingold or GFCF (gluten and dairy free) diets for your child with ADHD or autism? While I’m happy to answer quick questions and love helping people, I realize that some people need more in depth one-on-one phone consultations to really figure out how to best help their child. That’s why I’m beginning to offer ADHD Diet and Biomed Coaching Services.
I can make recommendations on which diet might help your child the most, and offer suggestions on food substitutions, recipes, and sample meal plans if you’re looking to just try out a special diet. I can also review food logs and help pinpoint trigger foods. If you need help navigating a special diet when your child lives at two different households, I can help with that too.
As well, some people have the diet down, but are looking to move beyond just Feingold. If that’s you, I can help you figure out what your next steps might be. Things like treating yeast, best supplements for ADHD, allergy and other testing, or reducing EMF’s (electromagnetic frequencies). While I’m not a doctor, I can make some general recommendations of things that have helped my kids. I can also help you find a holistic doctor in your area and recommend which tests and supplements to ask about.
Holistic doctors average between $250 and $500 an hour. I can help answer some of the questions you have prior to your appointment with a holistic doctor, so that you’re able to use your time and money more wisely.
I also cover a lot of other topics on my blog and am happy to answer any questions on those topics as well.
My introductory rate is being discounted to $75 an hour for a limited time. This includes one one-hour phone consult and two follow-up e-mails. I will also e-mail a short report with recommendations for your child and links to pertinent information that you can take to your holistic doctor to discuss. Also included as a free bonus is my Feingold Stage One and/or my GFCF e-cookbooks. I also have a special rate for single moms at $35 an hour.
